Who doesn’t love easy to use dual-action makeup? Charlotte Tilbury, as always, has hit the nail on the head with these exceptional palettes on the go that provide pretty two minute makeup looks. I recently added ‘Some Like It Hot’ and “Rebel Without A Cause’ to my collection with reviews below. Enjoy! J x

These little cream palettes are a dream come true for the time poor; easy to apply and pint-sized to fit inside even the smallest clutch. ‘Rebel Without A Cause’ was the first palette I purchased as the champagne colour looked delightful for a fresh everyday eye shadow and I loved the pairing of a pink lip.
The colours are very girly and the pink is a bright shade – reminds me of a Spring/Summer runway look. The champagne is perfect for a brightening, semi-sheer wash over the lids and I’ll most likely incorporate this as one of my go-to everyday shades. The lip/blush is a quire pigmented so I may leave this for the weekends but overall, I love the colour combination.

If ‘Rebel Without A Cause’ is the perfect daytime look, ‘Some Like It Hot’ has all bases covered for the evening. The bronze eyeshadow is gorgeous and although it’s more pigmented than the above champagne wash, it’s easy to apply and blend with a finger in 30 seconds. The matching peach lip is perfect pairing and super pretty.
The best thing about this prod is that it’s all you need when heading out the door. The palette is small enough to fit comfortably inside even the smallest clutch, but the handy compact mirror is decent-sized and means touch ups and lip re-application is easy. The cream formula isn’t greasy as some dual-action palettes can be and the colour pairing is spot-on. Hats off to you, Charlotte Tilbury.
